Berserker Brewery is being built in Broken Arrow, just minutes from Tulsa. We are a small, independent craft meadery with one stubborn belief: that the oldest drink in the world deserves to be made slowly, locally, and well. No shortcuts, no mass production — just honey, time, and craft.

Blood of the Norse-Gaels

Our saga is an Irish Viking saga. When the longships reached Ireland, the Norse didn't just raid — they stayed, founding Dublin, Waterford, and Limerick, marrying into Gaelic clans, and becoming the Norse-Gaels: Irish in heart, Viking in spirit. And Ireland already knew mead — the royal hall at Tara was literally named the "house of the mead-circuit." Two honey-wine peoples at one table. Local honey, ancient craft

Mead is honey, water, and time — so the honey is everything. We start with honey from local Oklahoma producers and ferment in small batches the way mead has been made for a thousand years. The result is naturally gluten-free craft mead with a sense of where it comes from. New to honey wine? The Mead Hub will walk you through it.

The hall we are building

Our taproom is under construction and licensing is underway. When the doors open, the Mead Hall will be a place to gather, taste, and raise a horn together — the modern version of a tradition that is older than history. We would be honored to have you there for the first pour.
