Berserker Brewery (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. Plainly put: we collect the least we can, we use it only to keep you in the loop and keep the site safe, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Mead Hall sign-ups. When you join, we collect your email address and, optionally, your ZIP code so we can tell you about openings and events near you.
- Contact messages. If you write to us, we collect your name, email, and message so we can reply.
- Basic technical data. To protect the forms from spam and abuse, our bot-protection step may process your IP address and browser user-agent at the moment you submit.
How we use it
- To send you grand-opening news and event alerts you asked for.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To protect the site and our community from spam and abuse.
Who processes your data
We rely on a few trusted services to run the site. Your sign-up and message data is stored with Supabase (our database provider). The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out bots. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie, age_verified, to remember
that you confirmed you are 21 or older so you are not asked on every
visit. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking
cookies.
We do not sell your data
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, and only as needed to operate the site and contact you.
Your choices
You can opt out of our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us to request that we remove your information. We will honor reasonable requests promptly.
Ages
This site is intended for people who are 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal drinking age, and we do not market to them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the brewery grows. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
